Ingrédients

1/2 lb ground beef

1/2 envelope of spaghetti sauce mix

1 (15 oz) can of tomato sauce

3 cups (12 oz) shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup (4 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 Tbsp cornstarch

1/2 cup Chianti

Italian bread – cut into bite size pieces

Instructions

In saucepan brown ground beef and drain. Stir in sauce mix and tomato sauce. Add cheeses gradually. Stir over low heat until cheese melts. Blend cornstarch with Chianti, add to cheese mixture. Continue cooking and stir until mixture is thick and bubbly.

Notes

Bread can be toasted is you desire. If fondue becomes too thick, add a little warmed Chianti. Remember to keep some for the cook.
