Garlic Pepperoni Linguine

Ingrédients

1/2 lb deli sliced pepperoni

6-8 garlic cloves

1 jar of favorite spaghetti sauce

2-3 tbsp olive oil

1 box linguine pasta

1 tsp each: garlic salt, parsley, oregano, Italian seasoning

Instructions

Add olive oil to a hot skillet. Cut pepperoni into small, bite sized pieces. Add to skillet. Mince fresh garlic…not too small. Add to skillet. Cook until the pepperoni begins to soften. Make sure to separate the pieces. Add spaghetti sauce and seasonings. Bring to a simmer and cook on low for 10 minutes.

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add linguine. Cool until al dente. Drain. Add pasta and sauce to a bowl. I add some Colby Jack to mine! Add whatever you like! Enjoy!
