Ingrédients

bread flour or all purpose flour 420g (3 1/2 cups ) add 1/4 cup more flour if it’s too sticky .

milk 1 cup (240ml)

1 eggs

butter 50g (3 tbsp)

sugar 1/4 cup (60g)

instant yeast 2tsp (6g)

salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Once proved make 9 balls and cut up half a cup of cold butter into 9 sticks. Roll balls into square and roll up with the butter stick inside into a rectangle log. Prove again 45 mins. Brush with melted butter/honey while still hot

Bake at 175Cfor 35 mins
