500g beef bones

1 x knob of turmeric

1 x knob ginger

1 x tsp peppercorns

Filtered water

Instructions

1. Brown the bones in a pot with olive oil

2 Throw all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook for 8-12 hours on low

Notes

Best served with a sprinkle of Celtic sea salt and to have a cup for breakfast!
