Sugar Free French Dressing Recipe

Ingrédients

2 tbsp tomato paste

2 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 cup avocado oil (or another neutral flavored oil)

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/3 cup liquid allulose (see Expert Tips for alternatives)

3/4 tsp kosher salt

3/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp ground celery seed

1/2 tsp herbes de Provence

1/4 tsp allspice

1/4 tsp paprika

2 tbsp water

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a jar and seal the lid. Shake vigorously to combine.

Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

1 cup sugar=1 teaspoon Stevia

1 cup sugar = 1 1/3 cup Allulose

So 1/4 teaspoon stevia for this..

I only use 1/2 teaspoon for 4 cups sugar in Kool-Aid
