Grandma Secord's Rhubarb Pie (Custard)

Ingrédients

Unbaked crust

3 eggs (2, if a small pie)

1/2 c. milk

1 c. sugar for red rhubarb or 1-1/2 c. sugar for green rhubarb

3 c. rhubarb

2 level Tablespoons of flour

Instructions

Mix sugar and flour together and coat rhubarb. Turn into pie pan.

Whisk eggs and milk together and pour over rhubarb.

Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, then turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake another 20 minutes or more.
