Chicken Parmesan Sliders

Ingrédients

1 lb chicken cutlets

1 cup Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Salt & Pepper

1 egg, beaten

8 pieces Texas Toast Garlic Bread

3/4 cup pasta sauce

8 slices mozzarella pear

Italian seasoning, balsamic sandwich dressing, basil, etc for topping

Instructions

Mix panko, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken into egg, let it drip, then cover in panko mix. Fry in oil at 350, air fry, or bake. Bake Texas toast at 400 degrees for 6 minutes, or until crispy. Slice into bite size strips and stuff into Texas toast, top with a spoonful of sauce, and slice of mozzarella cheese. Top with Italian season and bake at 350 for 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted. Serve right away with fresh basil and sandwich dressing if desired.
