One-pan Viral Dumpling Bake

Ingrédients

Sauce:

1 can coconut milk

2 tbsp red curry paste

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp maple syrup (or brown sugar)

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp ginger

Instructions

Add 2 chopped bunches of bok choy to the pan.

Add frozen dumplings.

Bake at 400°F for ~20 min until bubbly + golden.

Top with sesame seeds, green onions & a drizzle of chili oil 😌🤌🏼
