1/2 cups melted unsalted butter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp instant espresso
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cups chocolate chips
How to:
Instructions
Start by preheating your oven to 375F
In a medium bowl combine your melted butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar. Once combined add in your pumpkin puree, eggs and vanilla extract.
Once your wet ingredients are combined add in your dry ingredients and instant espresso. Fold to combine and add your chocolate chips.
Once all ingredients are well incorporated. Transfer your batter to a lined 8x8 baking dish. Bake on 375F for 35-37 minutes.
