Pork Belly Potato Stew

Ingrédients

  • 150–200g thin-sliced beef belly

  • 1 pack beef bone broth

  • 1 large potato

  • 10 perilla leaves

  • Cheongyang chili peppers, to taste

Seasonings

  • 1 tbsp soybean paste

  • 1 tbsp red pepper powder

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp beef stock powder

  • 2 tbsp perilla seed powder

  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the potatoes, perilla leaves, beef belly, and beef bone broth to a pot.

  2. Add all the seasonings listed above.

  3. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then add perilla leaves, perilla seed powder, chili peppers, and black pepper.

  4. Once the potatoes are tender, it’s done!
