Two Ingredient Sourdough Bread

Ingrédients

2 cups of self rising flour

1 1/4 cup kefir

Instructions

Mix flour with kefir until a dough is formed (add salt also at this stage if you like but not necessary)

Place dough in a bowl and cover with a damp tea towel for 2 hours

Flour the work surface and stretch and fold the dough 4-5 times

Place on a baking sheet and put into a pre heated Dutch oven or on a baking tray and bake 200°C for 50 minutes or until golden brown. (If cooking in a Dutch oven remove the lid at 35mins)
