High Protein, High Fiber, Crispy Chickpea Sticks

Ingrédients

2 cups boiled chickpeas

2 egg whites

2 tablespoons olive oil

Your favorite spices (cumin, red pepper, thyme, salt etc.)

Topper: sesame

Instructions

Combine chickpeas, eggs, spices and olive oil in a blender.

Place the mixture in an oven tray in the shape of sticks, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown.
