Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Jalapeño Ranch Cheddar Shells

Ingrédients

Steak:**

1 lb steak, cubed

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper

Pasta:**

10 oz shell pasta

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

½ cup ranch dressing

¼ cup cream cheese

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (or leave seeds for extra heat)

½ cup milk

½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

Cook shell pasta, drain, and set aside.

Sear steak bites in garlic butter until browned. Set aside.

In same skillet, add milk, ranch, cream cheese, jalapeño, onion powder, and cheddar.

Stir until creamy. Add pasta and toss to coat.

Serve topped with steak bites and chopped jalapeño (optional).
