Ingrédients

SAUSAGE MCGRIDDLE MINI MUFFINS: These are so easy to make!

What you’ll need:

Pancake Mix: You can make your own or use a box but you’ll need 2 cups, any kind will do.

Sausage: 1 pound

Shredded Cheese: 1 cup

Maple Syrup: 1/4 cup

Water: 1.5 cups

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In frying pan, brown sausage

Once sausage is cooked through, drain and set it aside

In large mixing bowl, combine completed pancake mix, cheese, water & maple syrup. Once combined, add in the cooked ground sausage and mix that in as well.

Spoon mix into muffin tins. Spray pan before so nothing sticks.

Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 mins until golden & cooked through.
