Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingrédients

2 large eggs

1 (15-ounce) can crushed tomatoes

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley

2 teaspoons dried basil

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2½ cups quick-cooking rolled oats

2¼ pounds ground turkey

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Spray either two loaf pans or one 9 by 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Whisk the eggs, tomatoes, Parmesan, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and soy sauce in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed.

Add the oats and turkey to the egg mixture and mix thoroughly, then spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dishes.

Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until the center of the loaf registers 170°F on a meat thermometer.

Remove from the oven and allow the meat loaf to cool prior to mixing in any supplements.
