5 Minute Prep Baked Ricotta Penne Dinner

Ingrédients

oil your pan and preheat oven to 400°

Instructions

mix together: 16oz dry penne noodles with 24oz strained tomatoes, 1tbsp minced garlic, 3/4c parmesan cheese, 2c milk, 1/4tsp salt and pepper

cover with foil and bake for 45 mins

scoop on 1c ricotta cheese and sprinkle dried basil and 1/2c parmesan cheese on the top

broil on low for 5min until cheese is melty

mix together and serve!

so easy, so delicious and you don’t even have to boil the noodles separately 🤗
