Ingrédients

  • 3 cans of corn/1 bag of frozen corn/4-5 fresh corn on the cob

  • 7 slices of bacon

  • 2 russet potatoes

  • Celery

  • ½ onion

  • 1 box of vegetable broth

  • Heavy cream

  • Sugar to taste

  • Add in corn

  • Add heavy cream

  • Add sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon, remove from pot and set aside

  2. Saute garlic and onion for a few minutes

  3. Add and saute celery and potatoes

  4. Add vegetable broth

  5. Season with salt, pepper

  6. Simmer until potatoes are cooked

  7. Add in corn

  8. Add heavy cream

  9. Add sugar to taste
