Ingrédients

1 Tbsp butter

⅔ cup grated colby or cheddar cheese

4 breakfast sausage links

4 eggs

¼ cup heavy cream

1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F. Spread the butter in a 6-inch souffle dish and sprinkle with half of the colby or cheddar cheese; set aside.

2. Air fry the sausage for 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3. In a medium bow, beat eggs and cream until combined.

4. Arrange the sausages in the dish over the cheese. Pour the egg mixture over all and sprinkle with the remaining colby or cheddar cheese and all the Parmesan cheese.

5. Air fry for 9 to 13 minutes or until the eggs are set and puffed and show 160 degrees F on a food thermometer
