Ingrédients

For the dressing:

4 tbsp plain Greek yoghurt

3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1 garlic clove, crushed

Salt and black pepper

For the slaw:

200g cabbage, shredded

2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into thin matchsticks

2 large carrots, cut into thin matchsticks

1 red onion, sliced

Instructions

1 In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the dressing.

2 Add the cabbage, apples, carrots and onion and toss to coat in the dressing. Add extra seasoning to taste.

3 Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
