Four-ingredients, Apple Cinnamon Puff Pastry Donuts

Ingrédients

About 4 apples (any kind — I used Honeycrisp)

Puff pastry sheets, thawed

½ cup granulated sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

Instructions

🍎 Slice apples into ½-inch thick rings, keeping the peel on.

🔘 Use a small round cutter (or bottle cap) to remove the core and seeds — this gives them that “doughnut” shape!

🥐 Cut thawed puff pastry into ¾-inch strips.

🎀 Wrap each strip around an apple ring.

🍯 Mix sugar + cinnamon in a bowl.

🎲 Roll each puff pastry–wrapped apple “doughnut” in the cinnamon sugar, plus add more on top. (Tip: if it doesn’t stick, dab with a little water first!)

🧾 Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

🔥 Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40–45 min, until golden + crisp.

🍨 Serve warm with vegan ice cream, or enjoy as is!
