Ingrédients

4 chicken thighs

1/4 cup flour

1 cup thin sliced sun-dried tomatoes 🍅

250g sliced mushrooms 🍄

1 tbsp crushed garlic 🧄

1 tsp dried thyme leaves 🌿

300mls cream

300g spinach leaves 🍃

Salt and pepper for seasoning 🧂

1/4 cup Olive oil 🫒

Instructions

Season your chicken generously and roll it in flour.

Heat up that olive oil in your pan and get those thighs golden and crispy. Once done, set them aside.

Time to toss in the mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and thyme. Give them about 3 minutes till those mushrooms look delectable. 🕒

Pour in the cream and mix in the spinach. Blend it well. Then nestle the chicken back in.

Now, just pop the lid on, lower the heat and let the magic happen for 10 minutes. 🌟
