Creamy Garlic Beef Spaghetti in Parmesan Cheese Sauce

1 pound ground beef
12 ounces spaghetti
2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion for 6 to 8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, sprinkle in the flour and stir for 1 minute.
Slowly pour in the beef broth, heavy cream, and milk, stirring until smooth.
Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
Serve warm with chopped parsley on top. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
