Sticky Lime Tofu W/ Broccoli + Cashews

Ingrédients

1 block firm tofu

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp onion and garlic powder each

few tbsp corn flour

few tbsp oil

2 garlic cloves

1 tbsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp maple syrup/brown sugar

2 tbsp soy sauce

juice of 2 limes

1 cup water + few tsp corn flour

broccoli and roasted cashews

quinoa, lime, fresh herbs and salt

Instructions

press and dice your tofu, coat in the seasons, cornflour and then oil then bake/air fry until crispy.

fry the minced garlic and chilli flakes until soft and fragrant then add maple syrup, lime juice, soy sauce and water then reduce to thicken, add a few tsp corn flour with water if necessary.

add the steamed broccoli, roasted cashews inf with the tofu then serve on top of the quinoa, garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha then enjoy x
