Cheese Grits

2 cups chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
1/2 stick butter
1 cup grits
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
Bring broth, cream and butter to a boil.
Stir in grits.
While boiling add salt and pepper.
Reduce to simmer.
Once it starts to thicken add in the cheese and stir until melted in.
Continue cooking until smooth and creamy.
