Ingrédients

1 pound (450 g) lean ground beef

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas or low-carb wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup diced onions

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the Big Mac Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon pickle relish

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Cook the Beef:

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking up the beef into crumbles as it cooks. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble the Wraps:

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce over the center of the tortilla.

Add a layer of shredded lettuce, diced pickles, onions, ground beef, and shredded cheddar cheese.

Wrap and Serve:

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to create a secure wrap.

Repeat with the remaining tortillas and fillings. Serve immediately, or warm the wraps in a skillet for a crispier finish.
