Chocolate & Sea Salt Dipped Flapjacks

8x8 inch square tin, lined & greased
320g oats
200g butter
150g caster sugar
50g light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
1 tbsp golden syrup or honey
1 tbsp flour
Topping:
100g milk chocolate, melted
Flaky sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius fan. Melt the butter in a large pot. Once melted, whisk in the sugars, vanilla, golden syrup. Add in the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. Pack tightly into the prepared tin and bake for approx 16-20 mins until golden brown. Let set for 2-3 hours, slice & enjoy! If you’re using the topping, dip half of each square into melted chocolate and sprinkle with a little salt. Let set & enjoy! Will keep in a sealed container in the fridge for upto 2 weeks.
