2 avocados (ripe)
1/4 cup diced onion (red, white or yellow)
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tomato (seeds and pulped removed, diced)
1 jalapeño pepper (seeded and diced)
juice of one lime
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the flesh and transfer to a mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado into desired consistency.
Add the remaining ingredients with the mashed avocado and stir until fully combined. Serve with tortilla chips.
