Ingredients to serve 2:⁣

Chicken breast (360g)⁣

Coconut milk (200ml)⁣

Garlic puree (1tsp)⁣

Soy sauce (4tbsp)⁣

Turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, curry powder ⁣

Peanut butter (30g)⁣

Honey (15g)⁣

Lemon juice (1tsp)⁣

Microwave rice (1 pack)⁣

Cut up the chicken breast and add to a bowl with 2tbsp coconut milk, 1tbsp soy sauce & season with the turmeric, paprika, garlic powder and curry powder⁣

Instructions

Mix together and thread onto skewers and airfry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until golden and cooked through ⁣

Whilst this is cooking, mix together the coconut milk, garlic puree, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey and lemon juice ⁣

If you want a thicker consistency you can simmer on the hob for a few mins! ⁣

Once the chicken is cooked, serve with rice and the satay sauce and thats it! ⁣
