Start by chopping dill pickles, mince garlic, and prepare jalapeños by seeding them.

Blend Ingredients

In a blender, combine dill pickles, pickle juice, jalapeños, minced garlic, and optional habanero pepper. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.

Adjust and Taste

Taste the sauce and adjust heat or consistency by adding more jalapeños or pickle juice.

Store

Transfer the hot sauce to a jar or bottle. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before using to allow flavors to develop.
