High-protein Cottage Cheese Muffins

200 g cottage cheese

60 g rolled oats (½ cup)

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

Add oats, honey, and cinnamon.

Blend again until creamy.

Pour into muffin moulds (¾ full).

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden.
