Baked Chicken Kofta with Couscous & Cucumber Yogurt

Ingrédients

300g minced chicken

1 shallot, finely chopped

1 tbsp parsley

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp paprika

1 cup couscous

½ cucumber, grated

1 cup plain yogurt

1 tsp dried mint

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, shallot, parsley, and spices.

  2. Shape into kofta and bake at 180°C for 25 min.

  3. Prepare couscous per instructions (~5 min).

  4. Mix yogurt with cucumber and mint.

  5. Serve

Notes

Serve with some green vegetables
