Two Ingredient Brown Soda Bread

Ingrédients

400g Greek yogurt (I use full fat)

400g self raising Wholemeal flour

Pinch of salt (optional)

Mixed seeds (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180c.

Add the flour, salt and yogurt into a large mixing bowl.

Mix it around with a spoon then just use your hands to gather it all into a dough. If it’s too sticky add more flour or too dry add more yogurt.

It feels quite dense, like a big lump, but just smooth it down into your baking tin, I use a silicone loaf tin.

Bake at 180c fan oven for 40 minutes, until a skewer comes out dry, allow to cool.
