This Baked Feta Spaghetti Squash

Ingrédients

1 spaghetti squash split in half and seeds removed

1 8 oz block feta

4 cloves garlic minced

1 carton cherry or grape tomatoes halved

1 handful basil

3-4 tablespoon olive oil

Kosher salt

Red pepper flakes for spice (optional)

2 tablespoon balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 (no convection)

Slice squash in half

Drizzle olive oil on both halves

Split feta block into 2 and add to spaghetti squash

Add tomatoes to squash

Add seasonings & more olive oil

Bake for 1 hour
