Ingrédients

1/2 Pack of Firm Tofu (175g)

1/2 Pack of Soft Tofu (175g)

Chilled, Cooked Potatoes

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Turmeric

Black Pepper

Sea Salt

Other Herbs as desired

Dill

Kala namak (black salt, gives egg taste)

Pickled Vegetables

Celery

Celery Seed

Green Onions

Greens for Salad

Cherry Tomatoes

Chop up the potatoes into bite sized chunks.

Add both tofu types to a bowl

Add dry seasonings to the tofu. Mix well.

Add potatoes to the mixed tofu along with chopped celery, and green onions

Add pickled vegetables and juice, if desired

Serve with salad and top with cherry tomatoes
