MAPLE NUT GRANOLA

1 oz rolled oats
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp/15g butter pinch of salt
ÂĽ cup/30g pecans or other nuts, roughly chopped
Instructions
Add everything to a frying pan and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats and the nuts are golden and smell toasted.
Pour into a bowl to cool down and crisp up.
