Crispy Honey Garlic Duck Fried Rice

Ingrédients

Duck

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp garlic puree

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

1 tbsp water

1 tbsp honey

2 bags rice

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp garlic purée

1 tsp ginger

1/2 a tsp Chinese five spice

Salt

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

Spring onion

Instructions

Cut your chicken breasts into tiny pieces and coat in soy sauce and cornflour

Prepare your fried rice by popping your basmati rice into a bowl with all of the ingredients above

Pop your chicken into the air fryer for 12-14 minutes at 190. If you can Airfry the fried rice mixture for 8-10 minutes at 190, it doesn’t need as long as the chicken.

Coat the chicken in the sauce and airfry for another couple of minutes

Serve with some chilli oil and sesame seeds and enjoy!
