2 tablespoons butter (salted preferred)

2 tablespoons honey

1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn

2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make It

Instructions

In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter together with the honey.

Add the frozen corn and cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring now and then, until the corn is heated through.

Stir in the cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3–5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Serve warm as a cozy Thanksgiving side dish. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
