Ingrédients

  1. Enough grapes for approximately 1.5 cups of juice

  2. 4-5 carrots, approximately 1.25 cups

  3. 4-5 wedges of lime, or to taste

  4. 2 pieces of ginger, each about the circumference of a quarter and 4 mm thick, or to taste

Instructions

Run all ingredients through a juicer.

Notes

From Rachel: I prefer Concord grapes, but I frequently get stuck using others. The first photo is of juice made with seeded green grapes that are less tart, more sweet, and not as yummy as Concord. You can mask the change with more or less lime and ginger, but note that sugar content can vary quite a bit even if the overall flavor stays the same.
