Beer Cheese Dip

Ingrédients

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp All-purpose flour

1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp Paprika, Smoked

1 Salt and black pepper

2 tbsp Butter, Unsalted

8 oz Cheddar cheese, Sharp

4 oz Cream cheese

1/2 cup Milk

1/2 cup Beer

Instructions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for one minute, stirring constantly.

Slowly pour in the beer and milk while whisking continuously until the mixture is smooth.

Reduce heat to low. Add the cubed cream cheese and whisk until completely melted. Add the shredded cheddar in handfuls, stirring until fully melted before adding more. Keep the heat low.

Stir in the Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
