Garlic butter bread
• 1 cup (250 ml) lukewarm milk
• 1 large egg
• 2 tbsp (30 g) sugar
• 1 packet (8 g) instant yeast
• 4 cups (520 g) bread flour or all-purpose flour (add up to ¼ cup more milk if dough feels too dry)
• 50 g unsalted butter 1/4 cup
• 1 tsp salt

- Unsalted butter 3/4 cup 170g
- minced garlic 2 tbsp
- parsley (about 2 tbsp )
- salt
