Broccoli Cheddar Dip

Ingrédients

16 oz of sharp cheddar cheese (add more if you want a thicker dip)

4 heads of broccoli

one package leek recipe mix (I used knorr)

3 cups sour cream (I use daisybrand)

3 cups mayonnaise (aunt Donna says hellmannsmayonnaise ONLY!!)

Instructions

Start out by cutting & steaming the broccoli. Grate the cheddar cheese. Freshly grated cheese is the KEY to this recipe 👏🏻 Then add to a bowl the sour cream, mayo and cream of leek soup mix. Stir. Then add in your cheddar cheese slowly and mix in well. Add in your steamed broccoli (no need to chop it up, it will easily mix in and break up on its own to the dip as it’s soft from steaming). Taste test and add in more cheddar cheese as needed to thicken the dip. Place in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Serve with fresh pumpernickel or sourdough bread and ENJOY! 🧀🥦I
