Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken with Parmesan Linguine

4 chicken breasts 🍗
2 tbsp butter 🧈
4 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
1 cup chicken broth 🍗
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 🧀
Juice of 1 lemon 🍋
Zest of 1 lemon 🍋
8 oz linguine 🍝
Salt & pepper 🧂
Fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
Instructions
COOK PASTA: Boil water, cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 🍝
SEASON CHICKEN: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. 🧂
COOK CHICKEN: In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. 🍗
MAKE SAUCE: In the same pan, add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). 🧄
ADD LIQUIDS: Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. 🍗🥛
STIR IN CHEESE & LEMON: Add Parmesan, lemon juice, and zest. Stir until smooth and creamy. 🧀🍋
COMBINE PASTA & CHICKEN: Add cooked linguine to the sauce. Toss to coat. Slice chicken and place on top. 🍝🍗
GARNISH: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve! 🌿
