Salsa Verde (Green Salsa)

4-5 medium green tomatillo
2-3 Serrano peppers (heat level varies)
2 medium garlic gloves
1/5 small white onion
1 handful of cilantro
Salt to taste
Instructions
Peel and wash the green tomatillos removing any sticky residue from surface and wash Serrano peppers
Place in a pot with water to boil, 10-12 minutes or when they have lightly changed color.
Add green tomatillos, Serrano peppers, garlic, onion and salt to the blender and blend until combined.
Add in cilantro bunch at the end and blend one last time.
Serve and enjoy
Notes
Only add cilantro if you will consume within 2-3 days, cilantro can begin to rot very quickly.
Store in fridge after cooled down!
