Slow Cooker Pork Chops with Apple Pie Filling & Stuffing

Ingrédients

8 boneless pork chops

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon poultry herb seasoning

1 yellow onion, roughly chopped

21 ounces apple pie filling

6 ounces stuffing mix

12 ounces chicken stock

4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

Season the pork chops with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and poultry herb seasoning. Optional, but I like to sear them in a pan with a little butter to brown the pork chops.

Place the pork chops in the bottom of the greased slow cooker. Add your chopped onion of top of the pork. Next pour over the apple pie filling.

In a medium bowl combine the stuffing mix and chicken stock and stir to combine. Pour the stuffing over the pork chops and apples. Dot the top of the stuffing with cubed butter.

Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours until the pork chops are tender.
