Ingrédients

3/4 cup refined coconut oil (melted but not hot)

1 cup avocado oil, chilled

1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk (cashew, oat, soy)

1/2-1 tsp salt

Instructions

Pour coconut and avocado oil into a bowl and use a hand mixer to mix

Add cold plant milk and continue to hand mix until mixed thoroughly

Add salt and mix again

Pour into an air tight container and refrigerate for a couple hours until butter is solid.
