Honey Butter Skillet Corn

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, (room temperature)
3 tablespoons honey
24 ounces frozen sweet corn
4 ounces cream cheese, (softened)
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
parsley, (chopped for garnish)
Instructions
Melt butter in skillet. Add honey and corn.
To a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once melted, add honey and corn. Stir to combine.
Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally, about 3-5 minutes.
Add cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine. Cook until completely melted and creamy, stirring often, about 3-5 minutes.
Serve, garnished with fresh parsley.
