1 packet ranch dressing mix
1 packet onion dip
1/4 cup butter
4-5 pepperoncini peppers
Splash of juice
Carrots
Pearl onion
Baby potatoes (halved)
Instructions
Add onions, carrots and potatoes to slow cooker enough to make a layer. Optional, sear roast. Place roast in the slow cooker and sprinkle the top with the onion mix and the ranch mix. Place peppers on top of the mixes, splash of juice and add the butter.
Cook over low heat for 8 hours.
