2 large eggs

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)

Instructions
**Prepare Veggies:** Grate the zucchini and carrots. Squeeze out excess water from the zucchini using a paper towel or cloth.
**Mix Ingredients:** In a bowl, combine grated veggies, cheese, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
**Heat Oil:** Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
**Form Fritters:** Take spoonfuls of the mixture and shape them into small patties or fritters.
**Fry Fritters:** Place the fritters in the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
