Chive Goat Cheese Dip

Ingrédients

1 cup goat cheese (about 150-170 gr.)

1/3 cup far sour cream (preferable 18%)

1 tbsp. grated lemon zest

1/2 - 1 tbsp. lemon juice

1-2 tbsp. chopped chives

few chive blossoms (optional) - flower petals separated from the stem

black pepper and salt (optional, to taste)

Instructions

Using an immersion or regular blender, combine the goat cheese, sour cream, lemon zest and juice, until smooth and well-combined.

Try and add the salt and pepper - if desired and and to your taste. Stir in the chopped chives and chive blossoms (if using). Stir to combine. Keep the deep refrigerated for up to 3 days. Serve sprinkled with some extra lemon zest and chives and with grilled vegetables, meats or simply with bread or crackers. Enjoy!
