Sticky soy chicken wings

500g chicken wings

For the marinade:

3 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce

3 tbsp honey

Instructions

1 In a large bowl, mix the Kikkoman soy sauce and honey together to make the marinade.

2 Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly in the marinade. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight if possible.

3 Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/gas mark 6. Spread the wings out onto a baking tray and cook in the oven for 25 minutes, tossing occasionally, or until cooked through.
